In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places any wager through the v44bet platform.

v44bet processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your v44bet PKR balance in real time or within the processing window stated on the deposit page. Minimum deposit amounts are stated at the time of each transaction. v44bet does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require document verification before processing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the v44bet platform without prior written consent from v44bet. Unauthorised use of any v44bet intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v44bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
